Stop here for a break on your Olympic Peninsula road trip and breathe in the refreshing salt air. As you walk along the beach, admire views of Key Peninsula across the water, kayakers gliding through the water, and the wetlands that attract shorebirds like sandpipers. The picnic tables are perfect to enjoy a midday snack with views. If it’s low tide and the right season, you might also want to grab your boots and pail to go shellfishing for oysters and clams.
