Help Save the Trees with Bob Ross-Inspired Happy Little 5k

Channel your inner Bob Ross and support Washington’s forests with the Happy Little (virtual) 5k each April! Walk, run or roll, you pick the place, anywhere outdoors. 

In 2026, over 500 supporters helped restore forests across Washington state parks by participating. With extreme weather impacting our trees more then ever, we need your help to keep our forests healthy and thriving.

The Happy Little 5k happens during the week of Earth Day on April 22 and Arbor Day on April 26 each year. Make sure to keep an eye out for sign-ups the winter before.
